Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "22vin" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 22vin online gambling platform accessible at 22vin.ws and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces operated under the applicable international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account with 22vin and is accessing or using any part of the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created by you upon registration, through which all 22vin services — including gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — are accessed.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which 22vin account balances are denominated and transactions processed.
• "Games" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, table games, and any other interactive gambling products available on the 22vin platform.
• "Sportsbook" refers to the sports betting facility on 22vin, including pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets across all supported sports, including cricket, PSL, football, and UFC.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, matched deposit offer, free credit, cashback, reload promotion, or VIP reward offered by 22vin to eligible players subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and source of funds documentation required by 22vin under its licensing obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "RNG" refers to Random Number Generator — the certified algorithmic system that determines outcomes in non-live casino games to ensure fairness and unpredictability.

Eligibility & Registration

To register a 22vin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which you use the platform.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you and have not been declared legally incapable by any court.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the amounts you wager.

By completing the 22vin registration process, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Rules

The following rules govern the operation of your 22vin account and your obligations as a registered player:

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted one and only one active 22vin account. Opening additional accounts — using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 22vin employs technical detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts found will be closed with balances forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your 22vin account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 22vin support immediately via live chat. 22vin is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
• Accurate Information: You must keep your registered account details — including mobile number, email address, and payment method information — accurate and up to date. Notify 22vin support promptly of any changes.
• Non-transferability: Your 22vin account and any balance therein are personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Playing on behalf of another person using your account is prohibited.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your 22vin account at any time by contacting support. Any cleared, non-restricted balance will be returned to you upon closure subject to identity verification. Pending bonuses with unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Deposits & Payments

22vin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa/MasterCard debit and credit cards, and USDT cryptocurrency. 22vin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the 22vin deposit section at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. The current minimum for JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits is PKR 500.
• 22vin does not charge internal fees for deposits. Any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer are your responsibility and not 22vin's.
• Deposits are credited to your 22vin account balance upon confirmation of receipt. JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers are typically reflected within 60 seconds; bank transfers may take up to 2 hours during business hours.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) screening. 22vin may request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its AML obligations under its international licence.
• 22vin does not accept cash deposits, anonymous payment instruments, or deposits from third-party payment services not listed on the platform.

Withdrawals

22vin processes withdrawal requests in PKR to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of 22vin's KYC verification process. Players who have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within a few hours for standard accounts and on the same business day for Gold and Diamond VIP members. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the 22vin withdrawal section. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account status and KYC tier.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or Pakistani public holidays may be processed on the next available business day for bank transfer methods. Mobile wallet withdrawals operate seven days a week.
• Any bonus balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, non-restricted balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time.
• 22vin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, multiple account activity, bonus abuse, money laundering indicators, or identity verification concerns have been identified. Affected players will be notified and given the opportunity to address the concern.

Bonuses & Promotions

22vin offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions displayed at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have opted in to the specific promotion. Participation in any bonus is optional — players may decline a bonus offer and continue playing with their cash balance without wagering restrictions.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms displayed on the 22vin promotions page.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion. Playing a game with 0% contribution does not progress wagering.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion. Any unfulfilled wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. The specific maximum bet per spin or hand while a bonus is active is stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and associated winnings being voided.
• 22vin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. For ongoing promotions, reasonable advance notice will be provided to enrolled players where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, abusing promotional terms through low-risk betting strategies, or misrepresenting eligibility — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 22vin platform — including live dealer games, slot titles, RNG table games, and Andar Bahar — are governed by the following general rules in addition to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface:

• All RNG-based games use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and certified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game reflect verified, independently confirmed figures.
• Game outcomes are final once a round has completed. If a technical fault occurs during a live dealer session, the round will be reconstructed or voided as appropriate, and the player's balance will be adjusted accordingly. 22vin's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final.
• Players are responsible for maintaining a sufficient account balance to cover any bets placed. 22vin does not extend credit to players for gaming purposes.
• If a player disconnects during a game round that has already been initiated, the game server will complete the round according to the game's programmed rules. Any resulting winnings or losses will be applied to the player's account balance upon reconnection.
• 22vin reserves the right to void bets or game results where a genuine system error, software fault, or data integrity issue has caused an incorrect outcome. In such cases, the relevant stakes will be returned to the player's account.

Sports Betting

The 22vin sportsbook offers pre-match and live betting markets across a range of sports including cricket (PSL, international matches, Asia Cup), football, UFC, and kabaddi. Sports betting on 22vin is subject to the following specific terms:

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation — if the odds change between selection and confirmation, you will be notified and must accept the new odds for the bet to be processed.
• Cricket bets — including ball-by-ball live markets during PSL and international fixtures — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. 22vin uses official data providers for result feeds and does not independently determine match outcomes.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 22vin's sports betting settlement rules (available in the Sportsbook FAQ section) apply. Generally, single event bets on such events are voided and stakes returned; accumulator rules vary as specified.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits exist to manage liability and are subject to change.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including arbitrage strategies, coordinated betting across multiple accounts, or exploitation of pricing errors — may result in bets being voided and accounts being reviewed.

Responsible Gaming

22vin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without any restriction on use:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 72 hours — any reduction takes effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss amount over a chosen period. Upon reaching the limit, further gaming is paused for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a session has lasted a specified number of minutes or hours.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic in-session reminders displaying cumulative session duration and net profit/loss figures.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for a period of 7 days up to 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully locked across all 22vin services. To initiate self-exclusion, contact 22vin support via live chat. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary pause of 24 hours to 30 days is available as a lighter alternative to full self-exclusion.

22vin may also apply responsible gaming measures — including limits, account reviews, or temporary suspensions — at its own initiative where player behaviour suggests problem gambling indicators, without requiring player consent to do so. This is a standard practice required under 22vin's international operating licence.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22vin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 22vin account simultaneously or sequentially after a previous account has been closed.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or place of residence.
• Allowing any other person to use your 22vin account, or using another person's 22vin account for any purpose.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gambling activity, or using 22vin to process third-party funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undisplayed bonus offers that result from system errors. Any winnings generated through known errors must be reported to support immediately; 22vin reserves the right to void such winnings.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after successfully receiving services from 22vin. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through appropriate legal and financial channels.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 22vin platform — including the 22vin brand name, logo, interface design, game graphics, promotional materials, software, source code, text content, and audio-visual elements — is owned by or licensed to 22vin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By accessing the 22vin platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works of any 22vin content without prior written authorisation.

The 22vin name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of 22vin. You may not use these marks in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by 22vin without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22vin's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of your deposited balance held in your 22vin account at the time the claim arises.

22vin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to lost gaming winnings, loss of profits, or reputational damage, arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions outside 22vin's reasonable control.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network interruptions within Pakistan.
• Actions taken by payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank, that result in deposit or withdrawal delays.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or cyberattacks beyond 22vin's reasonable control.
• Any reliance by you on information or content provided on the 22vin platform, including game strategy guides or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 22vin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

22vin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 22vin will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 22vin platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Your pre-amendment balance will be processed for return in accordance with these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 22vin website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version date shown in the header of this document reflects when the current version became effective.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 22vin holds its international gaming licence, as applicable to the platform's operations. By using 22vin, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact 22vin's customer support team in the first instance. The majority of account, payment, and gaming queries are resolved informally through direct communication with the support team — which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in Urdu and English.

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, 22vin participates in an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process as required by its licensing authority. Details of the ADR process are available from 22vin support on request. Participation in ADR does not waive your right to pursue legal remedies available under the applicable governing law.
